Each studio is with 2 regular beds and 1 extra folding bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, and a kitchenette equipped with a kitchen hood, sink, refrigerator and a full set of utensils, electric kettle and toaster, dining table and chairs, bathroom with a shower and terrace. Studios have an individual air conditioning and cable TV, terrace with table and chairs. There is a laminate floor, ceramic tile, room cleaning, once a week, linen change and towels once per week. Studios are with park view or to the city. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area of 45 m2. The luxurious apartments consist of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a spacious terrace. The bedroom is furnished with wardrobe, 2 regular beds, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The living room is equipped with a comfortable extendable double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, kitchenette with kitchen hood, sink, refrigerator and full set of utensils, electric kettle and toaster, individual air conditioning and cable TV. The spacious terrace has a table and chairs. There is a laminate floor, ceramic tile, room cleaning, once a week, linen change and towels once per week. They are with park view or to the city. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
